Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the YAJOOR mobile application and website. By creating an account or using YAJOOR, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who we are

YAJOOR is run by an individual operator based in Algeria. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "YAJOOR" mean that operator, and "you" means you as a user of the service.

2. Who may use YAJOOR

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use YAJOOR on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information when you register, and keep it up to date. Tell us promptly at mo.fatmi31@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Listings and content you submit

YAJOOR lets you publish property listings. You are solely responsible for everything you publish, and you confirm that:

You own the property, or are authorised by the owner to advertise it.
The description, price, location, and photographs are accurate and not misleading.
The photographs are yours to use, and publishing them infringes no one else's rights.
The listing complies with Algerian law, including any rules on property advertising.

You keep ownership of what you publish. By publishing it on YAJOOR you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in backups or where we must keep it for legal reasons.

5. What you may not do

You must not use YAJOOR to:

Publish a listing for a property that does not exist, that you have no right to advertise, or that is already sold or rented.
Post false, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading information, including fake prices intended to attract enquiries.
Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or that harasses or threatens anyone.
Publish someone else's personal data without their permission.
Infringe anyone's intellectual property rights.
Scrape, copy, or systematically extract listings or user data from the service.
Interfere with the security or normal operation of YAJOOR, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your connection to a property or an agency.

6. YAJOOR is a platform, not a party to your transaction

This is important. YAJOOR is an intermediary: we provide a place where users publish and find property listings. We are not an estate agent, a broker, or a party to any sale, rental, or other agreement you reach with another user.

We do not own, inspect, or manage any of the properties listed. We are not involved in negotiations, contracts, payments, deposits, or handovers between users. Any agreement you enter into is between you and the other user alone, and any dispute arising from it is between you and them.

Before committing money or signing anything, verify the property and the other party independently. Visit in person, check ownership documents, and use appropriate professional advice.

7. Verification and moderation

We may review, verify, or moderate listings, and a listing may be marked as verified where we have carried out checks. A verification badge reflects the checks we were able to make at that time. It is not a guarantee of the accuracy of the listing, of the condition or legal status of the property, or of the good faith of the person advertising it.

We may remove or refuse any listing at our discretion, particularly where we believe it breaches these Terms or the law. We are not obliged to monitor content proactively.

8. Reporting a problem

If you see a listing or a user that breaches these Terms, report it in the app or write to mo.fatmi31@gmail.com. We will review reports and take the action we consider appropriate.

9. Our intellectual property

The YAJOOR name, logo, application, and website — excluding content submitted by users — belong to us and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without our written permission.

10. Suspending or closing accounts

You may stop using YAJOOR and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe your use of the service harms other users or us. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

11. Service availability

We work to keep YAJOOR available and working, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular listing will produce a result. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Algerian law, we are not liable for loss arising from your dealings with other users, from the accuracy or legality of any listing, from any transaction you enter into, or from your inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of YAJOOR falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Algerian courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service develops. We will revise the "last updated" date, and where a change materially affects your rights we will give you notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use YAJOOR after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data, and forms part of your agreement with us.
